C H A N G E
Luckily, I was raised with change. My father spent 33 years in the Army. When I married my husband almost 40 years ago I thought we would “settle down”. We learned after moving between states 7 times that our life, too, was one of change. The high tech industry was much like the military in that way. We now have 2 kids, 37 and 30. My son has 2 kids, 12 and 9. We also have 2 very spoiled dogs. I have adjusted to the changes needed to live with mild lupus. As a portrait artist and instructor, I think change also kept my creative juices flowing.
